The Mk.4 features include:
  • 2,304 channels for testing advanced integrated circuits
  • V/I’s channels: 8 + external control
  • A V/I Capacity up to +/-200V (floating ground and using 2 V/I’s) and 10A
  • 256K Vectors per pin with up to 1MB per pin. This includes full state read-back
  • Up to 6 independent vector voltage levels
  • Parallel Operations with up to 12 ESD stresses and 8 curve trace at once
